Alot of youtuber now is getting a colab with so many makeup company and its a good thing. I love buying colab product as youtuber know what does their followers loves and they made it to suit every skin colour. No matter if the makeup company is from a indie brand or a mega big brand, we sure will buy and support our favourite youtuber right?

 

Another favourite youtuber of mine is Casey Holmes.. Been watching her youtube channel for a very long time. From she is having a blonde hair till now. What i love about her is that she have oily and texture skin and she will recommand product which is suitable to that. I trust her recommandation and yes i bought all the stuff that she mention because i love her so much. :)

 

Now she have come out with a highlighter palette!! She colab with Smashbox Comestics to create Soptlight Highlight Palette. She came out with 2 different highlights which is Pearl and Gold. She mention in her channel that she wanted to have a highlighter which nice for texture skin and eventually she wanted to do one but as she love Pearl and Gold, she have to invent 2 palette and of coz we love her ideas.

This two highlight palette is now available in Smashbox website and Sephora US website. As usual, I bought the Pearl palette tru Shop and Box. My boxer Leia is kind enough to help me find this and she is waiting for shipment to be delivered to her. Yeah!!

 

I purchase Pearl is because i love the shade. Im more to that pearly, champagne, pinky kinda highlight. Im not into gold as im having a light asian skin. Im too scared to buy the gold as i dont want to see any gold straps on my cheekbones and it does not look nice on me. I even saw reviews that the gold is too glitterly and does not stay long on the skin.

ABH x Nicole Guerriero Glow Kit

I have been seeing alot of news in Instagram that ABH and Nicole Guerriero is coming out with a highlighter palette. I was thinking twice whether should i get it or not. So I start to look for swatches and also youtuber reviews, I told myself to grab it before I regret it. The reviews are all positive and thats why im getting it. Furthermore, Nicole is one of my favourite youtubers and i have to support her..

 

 

Just by the look of the packaging, you know you need it. The shades are very pretty.. All of the shades does suit alot of skin tone. From Fair - Medium, you can use Kitty Kat, Forever Young and Forever Lit. From Tan Medium - Dark, you can use Day Dream, Glo Getter and 143. The swatches just killing it.

 

As lm living in Singapore and Sephora SG does not carry any ABH items (I WISH THEY HAD IT), I bought mine from Shop and Box. The shopper over there help me to purchase it and im so happy that they are able to get it before it was sold out when Sephora launched this highlighter in their App for 48 hours only.

 

I also see reviews that some of them received a broken pan. Im not sure how does Sephora US packed them but with only tissues and the courier guy is very rough of coz we will received a broken palette. Im hoping that my palette wont be broken as i wont be able to get a refund or do any exchange of it.

 

I cannot wait for mine to arrive very soon. Im still waiting for some orders to come in. I even order the ABH A23 brush as i know that it is good for hightlighters.

JACLYN HILL FAVOURITE PALETTE!!

I know this palette is quite old but I think this is one of my favourite eye shadow palette from Morphe. I know that this palette is sold out at their website but I was able to get it through Shop and Box. If you are in US, you can get this at their Morphe Store in Burbank.

 

This palette was meant to be Jaclyn favorites eye shadow from morphe and she really did a good job in this. I love the colours in this palette and I did not regret getting this. I did some swatches and use this palette so many times. I'm hoping that I will not hit pan on any of the eye shadows. :(

   

 

Let me tell you more about this baby!! This palette is a very beautiful combination of neutral and wearable “pop-of-color” shades that are highly pigmented and smooth to the touch. This is my first introduction to Morphe eye shadows and I’m highly impressed. I love finding alternatives to high-end products and these shadows are rivaling some of my long-time favorites. 

 



The palette comes with 28 quarter sized pans and you will get is a great mix of mostly warm-toned and some cool-toned shadows with an array of finishes from shimmer, to satin, to matte, and metallic. If you only owned this eye shadow palette you’d be pretty set when creating everyday looks to more dramatic ones; It’s that wonderfully curated.

If you are unable to get this palette, they are sold individually on their website for $2 a pan. You will be able to customize and make your own palette but the price will be doubles.

Junkies, you will not regret if you are able to get this. Every eye shadow are so pigmented and importantly there is no fall out from it. So what are you waiting for? Go and grab it on Shop and Box or the Morphe Store.. :)

MY EXPERIENCE WITH GO SEND!!

As I have mention in my previous blog that Sephora does not allow to ship any 3rd party address. Im quite pissed off regarding this as a makup junkie, I love to buy all of my makeup at Sephora.

But when I watch youtube, I saw one of the youtuber mention about Gosend. This made me quite curious and because of that I went to their website to check them out.

What is GoSend??

GoSend is a global ecommerce and shipping company that enables consumers around the world to buy from retailers in the United States — and save on sales tax and shipping costs.

Founded in 2014, their service opens up a new way for consumers across the globe to buy and U.S. retailers to sell. With a number of US retailers not offering international shipping, their vision is to create an online shopping experience that matches the ease and convenience of consumers buying from within their own country.

When I read about this, I quickly signup and was so eager to try them out. Once i have signup, GoSend give me a U.S shipping address which obviously qualifies for free or low-cost shipping as it's an American address.

The address is in Delaware which is a state that doesn't add on any tax to products. After that, I went to Sephora website ordered my items and send it direct to the given address by Gosend. All I need to do now is to wait for them to update me once the item have arrived at their warehouse.

Once I have received an email to let me know when they had arrived at their end. They put my items in Go Shop virtual Locker and I will be able to see photographs of the items that GoSend had taken. I think this is a great added feature because I will know whether the items are damaged or not. After I have satisfied with everything, I made payment for the shipping cost to Singapore which was about US18++. Once payment was made, it took around 3-7 working days to arrive to Singapore which is quite fast.

Membership??

For the first signup, you will be able to get 30-Day Free Trial with No Credit Card Required. Once you enjoy using Gosend, you will be able to purchase their membership with a payment of $10 per month for VIP Monthly or $50 per year for VIP Annual.

 

What is Shop Assist??

As GoSend is your new personal shopper and ShopAssist is your one shopping cart for any retailer!

It has been a while since I update my blog. I was on vacation during my Birthday Week and I have the best time in my life. I got to go to Kuala Lumpur and Jakarta for my vacation. As usual I spend quite a lot of stuff.

Lets talk about Black Friday and Cyber Monday.. This is the biggest sale that is happening in the US. People will rush, push, pull and even fight just to get the discounted items. But for me it is better to just be in your PJs and shop online as there is a lot of offer going on too.

I did not manage to get anything during the Black Friday as I was in Jakarta and most of the stuff that I want is all sold out!! BUT during Cyber Monday yesterday, I did managed to get some of the things.

What I get was from Elf as they have 50% off online, Lorac Pink Champagne exclusive on Amazon, Cotton On as they are having 40% off online, Mac Holiday collection as they are having 25% off (MAC don't give discount this much) and also Sephora which I bought the 2 of the Philosophy Purity Face Wash in 12oz for just $15/bottle. I wanted to purchase the Liquid lipstick from The Balm but they are having problems with their website. So I try to check again after 2 hours, the 2 colors that I wanted is already sold out.. It is totally insane seriously but it is ok. I have already spent so much in Kuala Lumpur and Jakarta plus during Cyber Monday too.

The Jeffree Star Liquid Lipstick Holiday Collection was out on Nov 6 (SG - Nov 7) on Beautylish.com, Morphebrushes.com and Jeffreestarcosmetics.com. They are available in 5 shade which is Mistle Toe (Green), Hoe Hoe Hoe (Red with sparkles of gold), Doll Parts (Pink nude), Drug Lord (White) and Androgyny (Purple Mauve).

 

Each of the liquid lipstick cost US$18 and they also have 5 bundles for US$75, which is a good price as you will save US$15 for 5 liquid lipstick. All of the 3 website launch the same timing at 10am (SG - 3am) and it was sold out so fast. I was awaken at about 10.30am (SG - 3.30am) and when I went to beautylish.com, the 5 bundle was sold out. I purchase from Beautylish because they have free worldwide shipping when we purchase above US$35. As the bundle was sold out, so I just purchase 3 of the wearable shade from the collection. I also request for express service (extra US$10) which took about 2-4 days to arrived in SG.

I ordered on Saturday (SG time) and it arrived to my office on Monday (SG time). Beautylish send out my package few hours after I have purchase from them. As you junkies know that Sephora.com are unable to send their items using Vpost/Comgateway address. It is because a lot of us junkies are using the same address.. When I get to know about it, I got piss off. Now Sephora is getting more strict with their services. :(

But as a junkies, we love to shop especially MAKEUP. Unfortunately, some of the items or products that we want are no available at our local Sephora or Drugstore stores. For example: KVD, Hourglass, Becca, Ciate Cosmetics and many more. Or sometime when you saw the item that you like but they do not accept international card (e.g Ulta), you will get frustrated but now I have this new forwarders who will be able to help us purchase the items that we wanted around the world.

Let me introduce you Junkies to Shopandbox. I have use them about 5 times and I am very happy with them. They are willing to go the extra mile just to make you happy.

URBAN DECAY NAKED SKIN FOUNDATION!!

This foundation have been in the market for quite a long time and I have been debiting to get this as it is very expensive in SG (SG$62). So yesterday at Sephora ION, I splurge on this foundation.. Luckily, there is 20% sale for Sephora storewide. This is my first purchase for UD foundation. I am an oily girl. I am trying my luck to see whether this is a good foundation for combo to oily skin girls.

UD NAKED SKIN FOUNDATION (SHADE 3.0)

UD promised that this is a weightless foundation that will give you the flawless finish and it will blur out all the imperfection on our skin. It is "Oil Free", "Paraben Free", "Fragrances Free" and a lot of great nourishing ingredient. It is Light to Medium coverage and it will not caked up if you apply too much.

But first let us talk about the packaging.. It is beautiful.. It is in a glass tube with metal cap and also comes with a PUMP. Doesn't it look very sleek when you put it at your vanity.. Hehehe.. Just be careful!! Do not drop it.. It will break.. Seriously..

At 7.00am, i use the beauty blender to blend the foundation to my face and it really make your skin flawless.. It is like your skin but better. The only thing that i do not like is that it smell a little bit chemically but it will fade away once you have apply it on your skin. It did cover up my acne scar and it is very lightweight.

By 12.00pm, the foundation clog on the side of my nose but the rest of the foundation is okay!! I touch up with some powder as I look kinda oily.. 

By 6.oopm, the foundation is still looking flawless.. I did not touchup after that as im loving how it look.

By 10.00pm, Checking in the mirror and i look like an oily mess but still the foundation looking good.. It did not clog on my side of the nose anymore but there is one tiny pimple came out but i dont mind about that.. Hehehehe

My rate for this foundation is 7/10..

I cannot resist the temptation when I heard Sale!! It is my weakest link.. Hehehe.. Let me show you what are the highlighter that I have purchase this few weeks.



 

Anastasia Beverly Hills Highlighter in So Hollywood

Ahhh.. I have this and used it and I love it. So Hollywood had good color payoff that was mostly opaque but could be applied with a lighter hand for sheerer coverage or blended out for less intense color/finish. It has a high-shine finish that looks nearly metallic on the skin, so this is a formula best suited for someone who likes a bold highlight. This highlight will give you the glow that you need. This is one of the best highlighters I have that i use it like hell..

3ce Marble Highlighter in #Bling Peach

 

3ce was having an event at ION on 16 Oct 2015 as Sephora SG will be carrying their product in all Sephora stores. I was there at the event looking around, eating the Korean chicken and this highlight caught my eyes. I swatch at my hand and I fall deeply in love with it.. It is more on a peach tone and I do not have it in my collection. So yesterday there is a Sephora SG 20% sale (Only for Black card member) and there it was at the back of the store, it was calling out my name. I went to 3ce section and I am telling myself that this baby is coming home with me. I swatch it again on my hand and my face was priceless, I grab it put it in my bag and made payment. The actual price is SG$24 after discount it is SG$19.20. I will do more review on this baby in the future and let you junkies know whether it is worth it or not to purchase this.

Oh Darling.. Why are you so beautiful!! You are a dupe to Whisper of Guilt. I love the packaging, I love the swatches and I love this highlighter. I did do swatches at Tang Vivo as they have released it yesterday and Im telling you junkies to go and purchase this.. This highlighter is so soft and smooth until to the extend that I want a back up for this. Oh yaa, Junkies this is Limited Edition so better grab it now. I purchase mine through Shopandbox and my boxer is waiting for a few of my items before she can send it to SG.. Once my Oh Darling have come to me, I will be doing more swatches and reviews.

 

Becca Shimmering Skin Perfector Pressed in Champagne Pop

 

This highlighter was the most hype about. When it was launch, they were sold out in less than 3 hours in Sephora US website. This is Jaclyn Hill baby Champagne Pop. I was one of them who waiting for the launch and I did managed to grab 1 before it is sold out. This light, warm and shimmery peachy golden powder which is suitable for all skin tones. It is so soft and it really blend so well on the cheeks. The glow on your cheeks can make the UFO stop by earth.. :p This is my number 1 highlight in my list. Thank you Jaclyn for making this highlight. I will give this 2 thumbs up.

For this sale, you will need to have a code from the employees and it is one time use for online purchase only. I got mine from instagram. This is a good time for me to grab all of the brands 2015 holiday collection. It is way more cheaper to purchase items from US than buying it in local Sephora stores.

Have you seen all the brands new Holiday Collection. The one that I fall in love is from Tarte. Yes I bought all of this. This is the best holidays palettes that I ever seen.. The packaging is soooo beautiful.. It look so fancy.. Seriously!! I cannot wait for shopandbox to deliver my items. What I purchase from Tarte is their Eye shadow Light of the Party gift set (US$59), Tarte Bling it On Blush Palette (US$44) and Tarte Stroke Of Midnight Brush Set (US$44).

The one that I am patiently waiting for is Becca new Holiday Collection Exclusive to Sephora!! This baby will be launch on the 27 Oct (US) and 28 Oct (SG) on Sephora US Website. It is called Champagne Glow. It contains 3 of their best seller highlight which Pearl, Champagne Pop (Jaclyn Hill) and Blushed Copper. I do have Jaclyn Hill Champagne Pop and I love it.. It is my Holy grail highlighter now.



I always wanted to own Becca Blush in Flowerchild as this was recommended by so many you tuber. It is quite expensive for a small blush and recently Becca just launch their Holiday Collection Exclusive to Ulta. It is call Afterglow. For this palette, it contains 3 highlight and 2 blush which is Moonstone, Rose gold, Topez, Wildhoney and Flowerchild. Once it was launch, I directly message my boxer from shopandbox and ask her to help me to purchase this beautiful baby.. :p

Too bad that SG do not carried Becca products. Their highlighters are the best so far. Hope in few years time, Sephora SG will be coming out with a lot of newer brands that US is having. Pray hard Junkies!!

I keep on counting down with my boxer for the Champagne Glow palette which will be launching next week. So Junkies, once I have received all of my Sephora/Ulta orders, I will definitely doing swatches in my blog. Do stay tune for it!!
